Studio Policies
PLEASE BE AWARE! The Photo Space does NOT have a photographer on-site and a photographer is NOT included in your reservation. If you need a photographer please contact us for referral or follow us on Facebook or Instagram and browse through our page to check out the photographers who have used our space already.
- Our studio is not soundproof, no loud music/noises permitted, no dragging of furniture. Any suspected violation of studio rules and/or safety violations in some cases may lead us to ask you and your party to leave and forfeit your session and NO refund will be processed for not following the rules.
- Our studio is not soundproof, we can’t control sound of neighbors and outside interference.
- Since the studio is not soundproof, please keep the noise level to a reasonable volume, including any use of music.
- We have cameras installed in our studio for security purposes and to monitor check in/ check out access.
- Our studio cannot be used to shoot pornographic content.
- If you and or a member of your party comes to the studio intoxicated or under the influence of any illegal substances, we reserve the right to ask them to leave the premises.
- Smoking of any kind (including recreational drugs) is not permitted on studio premises.
- No pets allowed without prior consent of a company representative.
- A fire extinguisher is located across from bathroom on the wall in the back of studio.
- Please note that failure to respect the studio rules or other renters, will result in immediate termination of your booking with NO refunds processed and can result in a permanent ban from TruVine Studio.
